【摘要】：正患者男,46岁。"反复右足跟部疼痛10月余"入院。患者于10个月前无明显诱因出现右足跟部疼痛,无放射痛,于活动后加重,休息后减轻,疼痛逐渐加重并肿胀。CT检查示(图1A、B):右跟骨内见团块状软组织密度影,病灶中央区CT值约37 HU,边界清楚,最大截面约7.0 cm×4.5 cm×2.9 cm,呈膨胀性生长,右跟骨外缘骨皮质不连续。既往体健,病史无特殊。入院体格检查:T 36.5℃,P 84 bpm,R 20
[Abstract]:The patient was 46 years old. He was admitted to hospital after 10 months of repeated pain in the right heel. The patient had no obvious cause of pain in the right heel 10 months ago, no radiation pain, aggravated after exercise, and relieved after rest. The pain was gradually aggravated and swelling. Ct examination showed (fig. 1) massive soft tissue density was seen in the right calcaneus, the CT value of the central region of the lesion was about 37 HUU, the boundary was clear, the maximum cross section was about 7.0 cm 脳 4.5 cm 脳 2.9 cm, and it was swelling growth.
