滑膜软骨瘤病的高频超声诊断与病理对比分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨高频超声对滑膜软骨瘤病的诊断价值。方法 :回顾性分析经病理证实的23例(共27个关节)滑膜软骨瘤病的声像图特征。结果:27个关节中,术前20个关节超声诊断为滑膜软骨瘤病,3个关节诊断为单纯性滑膜炎,1个关节诊断为退行性骨关节病伴游离体,另有3个关节诊断为色素绒毛结节性滑膜炎,超声诊断滑膜软骨瘤病的准确率为74.1%(20/27)。结论:高频超声可以作为诊断滑膜软骨瘤病的首选检查方法,具有较高诊断价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in synovial chondromatosis. Methods: the ultrasonographic features of 23 cases (27 joints) of synovial chondromatosis confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Before operation, 20 joints were diagnosed as synovial chondromatosis, 3 joints as simple synovitis, 1 joint as associated with degenerative osteoarthropathy in vitro, and 3 joints as pigmented villonodular synovitis. The accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis of synovial chondromatosis is 74.1% or 20 / 270.Conclusion: high frequency ultrasound can be used as the first choice in the diagnosis of synovial chondromatosis and has high diagnostic value.
