【摘要】：正患者男,32岁,因"劳力性胸闷、呼吸困难3年"就诊。查体:体型消瘦,呼吸稍促,口唇无明显发绀,颈静脉怒张,心率90次/分,律不齐,第一心音强弱不等,胸骨左缘4~5肋间闻及2/6级收缩期吹风样杂音。肝、脾稍大,肝-颈静脉回流征阳性,双下肢轻度凹陷性水肿。心电图:心房颤动,完全性右束支传导阻滞,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、V4~V6导联ST段下斜形下降0.05~
[Abstract]:The patient was 32 years old.
