卵黄囊瘤的超声表现与病理特征

【摘要】：目的分析卵黄囊瘤(YST)的超声表现及病理特征。方法回顾性分析44例经手术病理证实的YST患者临床资料及超声表现。结果 44例中,性腺YST 34例,包括睾丸YST 18例,卵巢YST 16例;性腺外YST 10例,包括骶尾部YST 5例,阴道YST 2例,纵隔YST 2例,臀部YST 1例。血流收缩期峰值流速为(25.47±11.38)cm/s,阻力指数(RI)为0.51±0.11。超声表现为实质性(Ⅰ型)15例,实性为主的囊实性(Ⅱ型)22例,囊性为主的囊实性(Ⅲ型)6例,囊性(Ⅳ型)1例。血流分级1级(少量血流)5例,2级(中等血流)16例,3级(丰富血流)23例。病理检查示单纯YST 35例,混合型YST 9例。结论不同部位YST的超声表现具有一定特征性。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the ultrasonographic features and pathological features of yolk sac tumor (YST).Methods the clinical data and ultrasonic findings of 44 patients with YST confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results among 44 cases, 34 cases were gonadal YST, including 18 cases of testicular YST, 16 cases of ovarian YST, 10 cases of extragonadal YST, including 5 cases of sacrococcygeal YST, 2 cases of vaginal YST, 2 cases of mediastinal YST and 1 case of hip YST.The peak systolic velocity was 25.47 卤11.38 cm / s, and the resistance index (RI) was 0.51 卤0.11.The ultrasonographic findings were solid (type 鈪，
