多灶乳腺癌伴双侧腋窝淋巴瘤1例

【摘要】：正1病例简介女,47岁,因发现右乳肿块3个月入院。体格查体:双乳对称,发育良好,皮肤正常,双乳头无凹陷;左乳未触及明显肿块,右乳11~12点距乳头约2 cm触及一肿块,大小约1.4 cm×0.8 cm,边界不清,质硬,活动度差,局部皮肤弹性差,桔皮征(-),双侧腋窝可触及如黄豆或蚕豆样大小淋巴结,质韧,无压痛,不活动;双侧颈部及锁骨上淋巴结无肿大,肝脾未触及。实验室检查:白细胞计数13.39×109/L,淋
