【摘要】：正孕妇,36岁。孕26周,来我院做超声检查,超声示:胎头向上,双顶径6.6cm,股骨长4.6cm,胎心率146次/min。头围23.7cm,腹围22.9cm,胎盘附着于子宫前壁,厚2.1cm,功能Ⅰ级,羊水最大深度7.4cm。脐静脉入胎儿腹部后发出两根分支,一支入肝,肝脏内见正常脐静脉走行;另一支走行于膀胱右侧(图1),后汇入右侧髂静脉,右侧脐
