【摘要】：正患者男,61岁,体检发现甲状腺可疑结节,为求进一步诊治来我院就诊。常规超声检查:甲状腺左叶中段可见2个低回声结节,约3.45 mm×5.86 mm×4.43 mm和2.45 cm×5.35 cm×2.96 mm,均边界不清,形态不规则,纵横比1,其内均可见细点状钙化(图1A);CDFI示结节内可见分支状血流信号;超声弹性成像以蓝绿色为主,提示结节硬度增大(图1B);左颈部Ⅵ
[Abstract]:A 61-year-old male patient with suspicious thyroid nodules was found in our hospital for further diagnosis and treatment.Conventional ultrasonography showed two hypoechoic nodules (3.45 mm 脳 5.86 mm 脳 4.43 mm and 2.45 cm 脳 5.35 cm 脳 2.96 mm) in the middle segment of the thyroid gland.Ultrasonic elastic imaging is mainly blue-green, indicating that the hardness of the nodules increases (Fig. 1BX; left neck 鈪，
