右室流出道及肺动脉主干内恶性肿瘤超声表现1例

【摘要】：正患者男,49岁。主因胸闷、气短半年,近1个月劳累后出现心前区闷痛、呼吸困难伴口唇发绀就诊,患者3个月前曾就诊于当地医院,疑诊为冠心病,当地医院超声心动图提示肺动脉高压。2016年3月5日患者以肺动脉高压查因收入我院呼吸科,心脏超声检查显示:右心扩大,右室流出道远端外侧壁近肺动脉瓣处可见不规则等回声附着(图1),范围约4.9cm×3.6cm,并延伸至肺动脉主干近段,右室流出道远端
[Abstract]:The patient is 49 years old.Mainly due to chest tightness, shortness of breath for half a year, after nearly one month's tiredness of heart, dyspnea accompanied by cyanosis of lips, the patient had been admitted to a local hospital 3 months ago, suspected to be coronary heart disease.Echocardiography in local hospital indicates pulmonary hypertension. On March 5, 2016, the patient was admitted to the respiratory department of our hospital with pulmonary hypertension. Echocardiography showed that the right heart enlarged.Irregular isoechoic attachment was observed at the lateral wall of the distal right ventricular outflow tract near the pulmonary valve (Fig. 1, about 4.9cm 脳 3.6 cm) and extended to the proximal part of the main pulmonary artery and the distal end of the right ventricular outflow tract.
