磁共振成像新技术对胎脑的研究应用

【摘要】：随着磁共振成像(Magnetic resonance imaging，MRI)技术不断发展，，胎儿磁共振（Fetal magnetic resonance imaging，FMRI）逐渐成为了胎脑发育及相关病变评估的重要手段，尤其是孕中晚期胎儿颅骨发育及母体骨盆影响，FMRI成为胎脑的评估的重要手段。胎儿脑发育是一个动态、复杂的过程，其结构、神经细胞的移行折叠均可在FMRI上清晰地表现出来。对新技术的掌握能辅助高效完成胎脑发育的评估及异常早期诊断。本文从应用于FMRI的磁共振新技术、胎脑发育的正常及异常的磁共振成像的重点观察征象及应用等方面研究进展做一综述。
[Abstract]:With the development of magnetic resonance imaging technique, fetal magnetic resonance imaging (Fetal magnetic resonance imaging) has become an important method for the evaluation of fetal brain development and related lesions.In particular, fetal cranial development and maternal pelvic impact on FMRI have become an important method in the evaluation of fetal brain in the middle and late trimester of pregnancy.Fetal brain development is a dynamic and complex process. Its structure and neuronal migration and folding can be clearly demonstrated on FMRI.Mastering the new technique can assist in the evaluation of fetal brain development and early diagnosis of abnormal brain.This article reviews the new magnetic resonance technique applied in FMRI, the emphasis on the observation and application of magnetic resonance imaging in normal and abnormal fetal brain development, and so on.
