【摘要】：正患者女,59岁,无明显诱因下腹部不适、尿痛、血尿3月余入院。查体:下腹部正中偏左侧触及一大小约4.0cm×3.0cm包块,有触痛。肿瘤标记物检g跣浴T:膀胱前上间隙见不规则软组织肿块,大小约5.8 cm×2.3 cm,周围见条索影与膀胱前壁及肚脐相连,内可见散在的结节状钙化影(图1A);增强CT示病灶边缘及其内分隔呈渐进性明显强化,病变内见
[Abstract]:The patient was 59 years old. She was admitted to hospital after 3 months of hematuria without obvious lower abdominal discomfort and urinary pain. Body examination: the left side of the midline of the lower abdomen touches a 4.0cm 脳 3.0cm mass with tenderness. Tumor markers? There were irregular soft tissue masses in the anterior space of bladder, about 5.8 cm 脳 2.3 cm in size. The surrounding shadows were connected with the anterior wall of bladder and the navel. Scattered nodular calcification can be seen (Fig. 1); enhanced CT shows progressive enhancement of the margin and internal septum of the lesion.
