儿童髓母细胞瘤的影像学表现

【摘要】:目的:为了提高对儿童髓母细胞瘤影像诊断的准确率,本文主要探讨儿童髓母细胞瘤的CT及MRI影像学表现。方法:回顾性分析了62例儿童髓母细胞瘤的CT及MRI影像资料。其中男43例、女19例,年龄2~18岁。62例均进行了MR扫描,51例又进行了CT扫描。62例全部经手术、病理证实。结果:62例髓母细胞瘤中56例位于小脑蚓部,6例位于小脑半球,其中18例累及四脑室侧孔区;47%的病例肿瘤中发现钙化;MR扫描8例呈等T1等T2信号,54例呈长T1长T2信号,61例呈不同程度的不均匀强化。影像报告诊断准确率为60%。结论:儿童髓母细胞瘤有其典型的好发部位及特征性影像表现,掌握其影像学特点及鉴别诊断要点,可以提高影像诊断的准确率,降低误诊率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the accuracy of imaging diagnosis of medulloblastoma in children, CT and MRI findings of medulloblastoma in children were studied. Methods: Ct and MRI images of 62 children with medulloblastoma were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 43 males, 19 females, aged 218 years and 62 cases, underwent Mr scan in 51 cases and CT scan in 51 cases, all of which were proved by operation and pathology. Results of 62 cases of medulloblastoma, 56 cases were located in the cerebellar vermis and 6 cases were in the cerebellar hemisphere. Of the 18 cases involving 47% of the tumors in the lateral foramen of the fourth ventricle, 8 cases showed iso-T1 iso-T2 signal intensity, 54 cases showed long T1 and long T2 signal intensity and 61 cases showed heterogeneous enhancement in varying degrees. The diagnostic accuracy of image report was 60%. Conclusion: medulloblastoma in children has its typical predilection location and characteristic imaging features. Mastering its imaging features and differential diagnosis points can improve the accuracy of imaging diagnosis and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
