世居高原藏汉回族健康青年人脑形态学测量及对比分析

【摘要】:第一部分世居高原藏汉回族健康青年人颅腔容积的测量及对比分析 目的:测量世居高原藏汉回族健康大学生的颅腔体积的大小,对比分析高原不同民族间、性别间的颅腔容积差异,同时为建立国人标准脑而提供高原健康青年人参考数据。方法:采用Siemens3.0T skyra,选取世居高原藏汉回族大学生各30人,其中男性15人,女性15人,共90名,年龄范围18-22岁(各组间年龄差异无统计学意义)。所有受试者均进行三维磁化强度预备梯度回波序列T1WI进行图像采集,并对测量结果进行族别间的方差分析和性别间的t检验。结果:藏族男、女性颅腔容积大小分别为(3117.2268±211.8688)cm3、(2712.5343±250.0785)cm3;汉族男、女性颅腔容积大小分别为(2995.7108±139.4491)cm3、(2681.9714±187.8033)cm3;回族男、女性颅腔容积大小分别为(3207.4151±267.5749)cm3、(2761.2630±168.7913)cm3。颅腔容积大小在性别上的差异具有统计学意义(P值均为0.000),在民族间对比分析中,汉、回男性颅腔容积大小的差异具有统计学意义,余各民族间颅腔容积大小的差异无统计学意义。结论:男性颅腔容积普遍大于女性颅腔容积,考虑与男女性别的生理因素有关;回族男性颅腔容积大于汉族男性颅腔容积,是否与民族因素有关,还有待进一步研究;对世居高原藏汉回族青年人颅腔容积进行准确测量,不仅可以建立世居高原藏汉回族青年人标准脑容积数据,而且可为对比分析高海拔地区民族间低氧耐受引发颅内结构发育差异提供标准化处理的基础数据。 第二部分世居高原藏汉回族健康青年人基于Argus脑形态学测量及对比分析 目的:测量世居高原藏汉回族健康大学生的桥脑、双侧豆状核、双侧背侧丘脑容积,建立世居高原藏汉回族健康青年人标准脑参考数据,并对测量数据进行对比分析,发现其差异性。方法:采用Siemens3.0T skyra,选取世居高原藏汉回族大学生各30人,共90名,其中男性45人,女性45人,年龄范围18-22岁(各组间年龄差异无统计学意义)。所以志愿者均进行三维磁化强度预备梯度回波序列T1WI采集图像,原始图像在Siemens3.0T skyra后处理站Argus容积专业测量软件中进行容积测量,测量结构包括:桥脑、双侧豆状核、双侧背侧丘脑,所以数据均以X±S表示,测量结果进行民族间单因素方差分析、性别间两独立样本t检验及侧别间的配对样本t检验。结果:1、在族别间比较中:藏族和回族的左侧豆状核容积大于汉族,藏族的右侧背侧丘脑容积大于汉族;2、侧别间比较中:各民族左侧豆状核及背侧丘脑容积均大于右侧;3、性别间比较中:藏汉回的桥脑容积、汉族的左、右侧豆状核及背侧丘脑容积以及回族左、右侧豆状核容积男性大于女性;差异具有统计学意义(p均<0.05)。结论:1、健康藏汉回族青年人的豆状核、背侧丘脑容积左侧大于右侧,可能与受试者均为右利手有关。2、藏汉回族的桥脑容积、汉族的左、右侧豆状核及背侧丘容积及回族的左、右侧豆状核容积男性大于女性,可能与性别的生理原因有关,但是藏族男女的左、右侧豆状核及背侧丘容积及回族男女的左、右侧背侧丘脑容积无统计学差异,似乎与生理原因并无关联,其原因有待进一步研究。3、藏族和回族的左侧豆状核容积大于汉族,,藏族的右侧背侧丘脑容积大于汉族,其差异是否与民族因素有关,其机制尚不十分清楚,有待进一步研究。
[Abstract]:The first part is the measurement and comparative analysis of the cranial cavity volume of Tibetan healthy youth in Tibetan Plateau.
Objective: to measure the size of the cranial cavity volume of the healthy college students of the Tibetan and Han Hui nationality in the plateau, compare and analyze the difference of the volume of the cranial cavity between the different ethnic groups in the plateau, and provide the reference data for the healthy young people of the plateau in order to establish the standard brain of the Chinese people. Method: using Siemens3.0T skyra, 30 people from the Tibetan and Han Hui students in the Tibetan Plateau were selected. There were 15 men and 15 women, with a total of 90, and the age range was 18-22 years old (there was no statistical significance for age difference between each group). All the subjects carried out the three-dimensional magnetization gradient echo sequence T1WI for image acquisition, and the results were analyzed in different ethnic groups and t test between the sexes. Results: Tibetan male and female cranial volume The size was (3117.2268 + 211.8688) cm3 and (2712.5343 + 250.0785) cm3, and the size of the cranium of the Han men was (2995.7108 + 139.4491) cm3 and (2681.9714 + 187.8033) cm3, respectively, and the size of the cranial cavity of the Hui men was (3207.4151 + 267.5749) cm3 and (2761.2630 + 168.7913) cm3. of the skull size in sex. Statistical significance (P value is 0), in the comparative analysis between ethnic groups, the difference of the size of the male cranial cavity volume is statistically significant. There is no statistical significance in the difference of the size of the cranial cavity. Conclusion: the volume of the male cranial cavity is larger than the female cranial volume, which is related to the physiological factors of male and female sex; The volume of the cranial cavity is greater than that of the Han male, and whether it is related to the national factors is still to be further studied. The accurate measurement of the volume of the cranial cavity of the young people in the Tibetan and Han Hui people in the plateau can not only establish the standard brain volume data of the young people of the Tibetan and Han Hui people in the Tibetan Plateau, but also can compare and analyze the low oxygen tolerance among the people in the high altitude areas. Basic data for standardization of brain structure development differences.
The second part is the measurement and comparative analysis of the healthy young people in Tibetan Plateau and Han Hui Plateau Based on Argus brain morphology.
Objective: to measure the bridge brain, bilateral lenticular nucleus and bilateral dorsum thalamus volume of the Tibetan and Han Hui nationality college students in the plateau, establish the standard brain reference data of the healthy young people of the Tibetan and Han Hui people in the plateau, and compare the measured data and find the difference. Methods: Siemens3.0T skyra is adopted to select the Tibetan Hui University in Tibetan and Han people in the plateau. There were 30 people with a total of 90, of which 45 men, 45 women and 18-22 years of age (there was no statistical significance for age difference between each group). So the volunteers all carried out the three-dimensional magnetization gradient echo sequence T1WI collection image, the original image was measured in the volume measurement software of the Argus volume professional measurement software after the post processing station, and measured the volume of the original image. The structure includes the bridge brain, bilateral lenticular nucleus and bilateral dorsal thalamus, so the data are X + S, and the results are analyzed by single factor analysis of variance, two independent samples t test and paired sample t test between sides. Results: 1, the left bean nucleus of the Tibetans and Hui Nationalities is larger than the Han and Tibetan. The volume of the right dorsal thalamus was greater than that of the Han nationality; 2, in the lateral comparison, the volume of the left side of the lenticular nucleus and the dorsal thalamus in all nationalities was greater than that in the right; 3, in the sex comparison, the volume of the bridge and the brain in the Han Hui, the left of the Han, the right lenticular nucleus and the volume of the dorsal thalamus, and the right lenticular nucleus of the Hui nationality were greater than that of the female; the difference was statistically significant. Study significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: 1, the bean nucleus of the young Hui young people in healthy Tibetan and Han people, the left side of the dorsal thalamus is greater than the right. It may be related to the right hand of the right hand, and the volume of the bridge and brain in the Tibetan and Han Hui, the left of the Han, the right lenticular nucleus and the volume of the dorsum and the left of the Hui nationality, and the right lenticular volume of the right lenticular nucleus of the male is greater than that of the female. It may be related to the sex of the male. It may be related to sex. There is no statistical difference in the volume of left, right lenticular nucleus and dorsal thalamus in the left, left and right dorsal and lateral thalamus of the men and women of the Tibetan men and women, and there seems to be no correlation with the physiological reasons. The reason for it is to be further studied in.3. The left side of the Tibetan and Hui nationality is larger than the Han, and the volume of the right dorsum thalamus of the Tibetans. Whether the difference is related to ethnic factors is not clear enough to be further studied.
