超声在维医沙疗治疗类风湿性关节炎中的应用

【摘要】：目的：探讨高频超声在维医沙疗治疗类风湿性关节炎中的应用。方法：选取2012-2013年在新疆医科大学第一附属医院确诊的类风湿性关节炎的膝关节病变的患者56例,正常组(对照组)56例。应用高频超声对其进行检查,主要分析对比RA病例组与正常组髌上囊液体、滑膜厚度及滑膜动脉阻力指数RI值,治疗前后股骨内髁及外髁软骨厚度、髌上囊滑膜多普勒彩色血流分级四项指标的改变。结果：沙疗前RA组与正常组相比较,髌上囊液体厚度,髌上囊滑膜厚度及滑膜动脉阻力指数RI值均有统计学意义(P0.05)；股骨内踝及外踝软骨厚度改变无统计学意义(P0.05),沙疗前RA组与沙疗后RA组比较,髌上囊液体厚度及髌上囊滑膜厚度改变均有统计学意义(P0.05)；股骨内踝及外踝软骨厚度改变无统计学意义(P0.05)；RA组治疗前后髌上囊滑膜彩色血流分级对比差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：1、高频超声检查可作为类风湿性膝关节炎诊断较为可靠客观的检查方法。2、高频超声检查可作为维医沙疗有效性的评判标准。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the application of high frequency ultrasound in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in vitamin D therapy. Methods: 56 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected for 2012-2013 years, and 56 cases of normal group (control group) were examined with high frequency ultrasound, and the main analysis and comparison of RA's disease was made. The fluid of the patellar capsule, the thickness of the synovial membrane and the RI value of the synovial artery resistance index, the thickness of the femoral condyle and the outer condyle before and after treatment, the four indexes of the Doppler color flow classification of the supracpatellar capsule synovium before and after treatment. Results: the thickness of the upper patellar capsule, the thickness of the superior patellar capsule and the synovial artery resistance compared with the normal group before the therapy was compared with the normal group. The index RI values were statistically significant (P0.05); there was no significant difference in the thickness of the medial malleolus and the cartilage of the malleolus (P0.05). Compared with the RA group after sand therapy, the thickness of the upper patellar capsule and the thickness of the patellar capsule were statistically significant (P0.05), and there was no statistical significance (P0.05) between the medial malleolus and the cartilage of the malleolus (P0.05); RA group (P0.05). There was significant difference in the color flow classification of the patellar capsule before and after the treatment (P0.05). Conclusion: 1, high frequency ultrasound can be used as a reliable and objective method for the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (.2), and high frequency ultrasound can be used as a criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of vascular sand therapy.
