超声引导选择性颈神经根阻滞治疗老年颈源性疼痛的效果观察

【摘要】：目的观察超声引导选择性颈神经根阻滞治疗老年颈源性疼痛的疗效。方法 83例颈源性疼痛患者,根据受累颈神经根节段,在超声引导下行选择性颈神经根阻滞治疗。随访并比较患者术前及治疗后1、6个月视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI),并根据Odom标准对治疗效果进行评价。结果 50例患者完成随访。患者治疗后1、6个月VAS评分与NDI均较术前明显改善(P0.05)。按照Odom标准,治疗后1、6个月优良率分别为90%和82%。所有患者均未出现不良反应。结论超声引导选择性颈神经根阻滞可安全有效地治疗老年颈源性疼痛。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of selective cervical nerve root block guided by ultrasound in the treatment of cervical pain in the elderly. Methods Eighty-three patients with cervical pain were treated with selective cervical nerve root block under ultrasonic guidance according to involved cervical nerve root segment. The visual analogue score (VAS) and cervical spine dysfunction index (NDI) were compared before and 1 and 6 months after treatment. The therapeutic effect was evaluated according to Odom criteria. Results 50 patients were followed up. The VAS score and NDI were significantly improved at 1 and 6 months after treatment compared with those before treatment (P 0.05). According to Odom criteria, the excellent and good rates were 90% and 822% at 1 and 6 months after treatment, respectively. No adverse reactions were observed in all patients. Conclusion selective cervical nerve root block guided by ultrasound is safe and effective in the treatment of cervical pain in the elderly.
