偏头痛风火候静息态功能磁共振局部一致性与生存质量相关性分析

【摘要】:目的:探索静息状态下偏头痛风火候患者脑功能情况,分析静息状态下偏头痛风火候患者功能磁共振局部一致性与生存质量的相关性。方法:选择2014年1月至2014年12月山东中医药大学在校研究生60例,其中偏头痛风火候患者30例,健康对照组30例,年龄、性别匹配,两组受试者均在静息态下接受功能磁共振成像扫描,将扫描图像预处理后进行局部一致性分析,记录患者世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)的生理、心理、社会、环境四个领域的得分情况,收集相关信息和数据,将局部一致性改变的脑区与生存质量进行相关性分析。结果:1.偏头痛风火候患者生存质量得分低于对照组。2.左侧边缘叶Re Ho值与WHOQOL-BREF生理领域得分呈显著正相关(P0.01)。3.各活跃脑区Re Ho值与WHOQOL-BREF量表总分及心理、社会关系、环境领域得分无显著相关性(P0.05)。左侧小脑、左侧额叶直回、右侧上外额叶、右侧背外侧额上回Re Ho值与WHOQOL-BREF生理领域得分无显著相关性(P0.05)。结论:偏头痛风火候患者普遍生存质量偏低,偏头痛引起的患者生理领域生存质量的下降可能与边缘系统相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the brain function of patients with migraine wind and fire in resting state, and to analyze the correlation between local consistency of functional magnetic resonance and quality of life in patients with migraine wind and fire under resting state. Methods: from January 2014 to December 2014, 60 graduate students from Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected, including 30 patients with migraine, 30 patients with migraine and fire, 30 healthy controls, age and sex matching. The subjects of both groups were scanned by functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) under resting state. The local consistency analysis was performed after preprocessing the scanning images, and the physiological, psychological and social status of WHOQOL-BREFFS were recorded in the World Health Organization (WHO) quality of life measurement scale (WHOQOL-BREFF). The scores of the four fields of environment were collected, and the correlation analysis was made between the brain regions changed by local consistency and the quality of life (QOL). The result is 1: 1. The score of quality of life in patients with migraine wind and fire was lower than that in control group. There was a significant positive correlation between the value of re Ho in the left marginal leaf and the score of physiological field of WHOQOL-BREF. There was no significant correlation between the value of re Ho and the total score of WHOQOL-BREF scale, the scores of psychological and social relations, and the score of environmental field (P 0.05). There was no significant correlation between the value of re Ho in left cerebellum, left frontal gyrus, right superior frontal lobe and right dorsolateral superior frontal gyrus (P 0.05). Conclusion: the quality of life is low in patients with migraine wind and fire, and the decline of quality of life in physiological field may be related to the marginal system.
