【摘要】:正偏头痛是临床上最常见的原发性头痛,以搏动性头痛为主要表现,可伴有畏光、畏声、畏嗅、触摸痛,普通结构影像学检查多无异常。每一次偏头痛发作大多会经历几个时期:前驱期、先兆期、头痛期及发作后期,每个时期的血流与代谢变化不同。偏头痛居全球失能性疾病第7位,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前,偏头痛的发病机制及治疗靶点尚未阐明,诊断标准主观化。近年来,功能影像学技术为偏头痛的研究开辟了新道路,使临床不仅对偏头痛的发病机制有了新
[Abstract]:Positive migraine is the most common primary headache in clinic, with pulsatile headache as the main manifestation. It can be accompanied by photophobia, fear of sound, fear of smell, touch pain, common structure imaging examination is not abnormal. Most of the migraine seizures go through several periods: premonitory, aura, headache and late seizure. The blood flow and metabolism change differently in each stage. Migraine is the 7 th incapacitated disease in the world, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. At present, the pathogenesis and therapeutic targets of migraine have not been clarified, and the diagnostic criteria are subjective. In recent years, functional imaging technology has opened up a new way for the study of migraine, which not only makes the clinic have a new pathogenesis of migraine.
