【摘要】：正患儿男,10岁。因背部疼痛1个月,四肢无力伴感觉异常1天就诊。患儿1个月前无明显诱因出现背部疼痛,呈阵发性,未给予处理;1天前出现行走时易跌倒,伴双下肢麻木;半天前双下肢无力加重,不能活动,伴双上肢无力,及脐周、腰背部阵发性刺痛,不能忍受。体检:患儿精神状态欠佳,饮食睡眠差。双上肢肌力Ⅳ级,双下肢肌力Ⅰ级,肌张力正常,脐以下平面感觉丧失,脐以上感觉过敏,左侧踝阵挛阳
