乳腺癌TICⅡ、Ⅲ型曲线类型及ADC值与Ki-67相关性研究

【摘要】：目的探讨乳腺癌MRI动态增强曲线(TIC)类型、弥散表观系数(ADC)值与免疫组化标志物Ki-67表达的相关性。方法搜集乳腺病例43例,全部行MRI动态增强扫描及弥散加权成像(DWI),测其TIC类型及其ADC值,且所有病例做病理和肿瘤指标Ki-67的免疫组化,并统计分析TICⅡ、Ⅲ型曲线类型及ADC值与Ki-67的表达是否存在相关性。结果乳腺癌ADC值越低,其Ki-67表达越高;TIC曲线类型Ⅲ型者Ki-67表达较Ⅱ型者阳性率高。结论 TIC类型及ADC值与Ki-67的表达存在一定相关性,可为临床评估乳腺癌预后提供有利依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between the type of MRI dynamic enhanced curve (MRI) and the expression of immunohistochemical marker (Ki-67) in breast cancer.
