高频超声诊断三阴性乳腺癌

【摘要】：目的探讨三阴性乳腺癌超声征象及临床、病理特征并与非三阴性乳腺癌比较。方法回顾性分析经病理证实乳腺癌313例资料,根据术后免疫组化染色结果,对比分析三阴性乳腺癌(n=33)组与非三阴性乳腺癌(n=280)组超声征象及临床、病理特征。结果超声结果:与非三阴性乳腺癌比较,三阴性乳腺癌呈现良性肿瘤特征,外形显示分叶状及微分叶状,后方回声增强、衰减减少,周边声晕减少,微钙化减少均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。病理结果:三阴性乳腺癌组腋窝淋巴结转移率高于非三阴性乳腺癌组(P=0.004)。临床显示:三阴性乳腺癌组发病年龄较非三阴性乳腺癌组无差异(P=0.026)。结论三阴性乳腺癌与非三阴性乳腺癌有一些不同的超声征象,这些征象貌似良性肿物特征,了解这些特征有助于检查者避免三阴性乳腺癌的假阴性诊断。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the ultrasonographic features and clinical and pathological features of triple negative breast cancer and to compare them with non-triple-negative breast cancer. Methods the data of 313 cases of breast cancer confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. According to the results of immunohistochemical staining, the ultrasonographic features, clinical and pathological features of the tri-negative breast cancer group and the non-tri-negative breast cancer group were compared. Results: compared with non-triple-negative breast cancer, triple-negative breast cancer showed benign tumor features with lobular and differential lobular appearance, enhanced posterior echo, decreased attenuation, and decreased peripheral acoustics. The decrease of microcalcification was statistically significant (P 0.05). Pathological results: the rate of axillary lymph node metastasis in tri-negative breast cancer group was higher than that in non-triple-negative breast cancer group. The clinical results showed that there was no difference in age of three negative breast cancer patients compared with non-triple-negative breast cancer group (P 0. 026). Conclusion Tri-negative breast cancer and non-triple-negative breast cancer have some different ultrasonic signs, which appear to be benign tumor features. Understanding these features is helpful to avoid false negative diagnosis of triple-negative breast cancer.
