【摘要】：正孕妇29岁,孕1产O。孕26~(+4)周。孕期无物理、化学及放射物质接触史,无感冒及服药情况。产前超声检查:胎儿双顶径70 mm,头围275 mm,腹围212mm,股骨45 mm,肱骨42 mm,胎心124次/min。前壁胎盘,0级。羊水最大深度63 mm。胎儿颅骨环完整,前额外突,额叶明显增宽,脑中线处见无回声区,范围13 mm×9 mm,向第三脑室延伸,第三脑室扩张约6 mm,右侧脑室宽约8.9 mm,左侧脑室(非标准
[Abstract]:The pregnant woman was 29 years old, and she gave birth to O1. Pregnancy was 26 weeks (4) weeks. No history of physical, chemical or radioactive exposure during pregnancy, no cold or medication. Prenatal ultrasound: fetal biparietal diameter 70 mm, head circumference 275 mm, abdominal circumference 212 mm, femur 45 mm, humerus 42 mm, fetal heart 124 / min. Grade 0 of placenta anterior wall. The maximum depth of amniotic fluid was 63 mm. The fetal skull ring was intact, preextrinsic process, frontal lobe obviously widened, no echo area was seen at the midline of the brain, the area was 13 mm 脳 9 mm, extending to the third ventricle, the third ventricle was dilated about 6 mm, the right ventricle was about 8.9 mm wide, and the left ventricle was not standard.
