磁共振波谱MEGA-PRESS序列检测正常人纹状体γ-氨基丁酸

【摘要】:目的探讨磁共振波谱MEGA-PRESS序列定量检测纹状体γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)浓度的可行性及年龄、性别、脑内区域差异与纹状体GABA浓度的关系。方法招募117名健康的志愿者,对其行三维MP-RAGE序列扫描,并进行冠状位、矢状位、轴位图像重建。ROI定位于双侧纹状体,行MEGA-PRESS序列波谱扫描。将扫描数据导入LCModel软件行自动分析,获取3.0ppm处的GABA含量。结果最终符合LCModel数据标准者共103名。志愿者总体左、右侧GABA浓度均随年龄增长而减低(F=17.429、10.415),男性志愿者左、右侧(F=9.459、6.666)和女性志愿者左、右侧(F=8.479、3.457)GABA浓度分别随年龄增长而减低,差异均有统计学意义(P均0.01)。男、女性志愿者左侧与右侧GABA浓度(t=0.471、0.891)及志愿者总体左侧与右侧GABA浓度(t=0.483),差异均无统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论正常人纹状体GABA浓度随年龄增长而减少,不同性别GABA含量相等,GABA呈左右对称性分布。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility and the relationship between age, sex, brain region difference and striatal GABA concentration in the quantitative detection of striatum 纬 -aminobutyric acid (GABA) concentration by magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MEGA-PRESS) sequence. Methods 117 healthy volunteers were recruited and scanned with 3D MP-RAGE sequence. Coronal, sagittal and axial images were reconstructed in bilateral striatum and scanned by MEGA-PRESS sequence. The scanning data were imported into the LCModel software line for automatic analysis, and the GABA content at 3.0ppm was obtained. Results there were 103 patients who met the LCModel data standard. The total concentration of GABA in the left and right sides of the volunteers decreased with age, while in male volunteers the concentration of GABA decreased with age (P < 0.01), and the concentration of GABA in female volunteers decreased with age (P < 0.01), and that of female volunteers was lower than that of female volunteers (P < 0.01). The concentration of GABA in the left and right sides of male and female volunteers was 0.471U 0.891) and the total concentration of GABA in the left and right sides of the volunteers was 0.483g. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion the concentration of GABA in striatum decreases with age, and the distribution of GABA in different sex is symmetrical.
