颅骨孤立性浆细胞瘤的影像学表现

【摘要】：目的:探讨颅骨孤立性浆细胞瘤的CT及MRI影像学表现,提高对该病的影像诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析21例经手术病理证实的颅骨孤立性浆细胞瘤的CT及MRI影像资料。其中男12例,女9例,年龄26~68岁。17例行MR扫描,13例行CT扫描。结果:21例颅骨孤立性浆细胞瘤中,17例位于颅底骨,4例位于颅盖骨。CT扫描肿瘤均呈稍高密度影,相应颅骨可见不规则骨质破坏。MR扫描肿瘤多为均匀T1及T2等信号,增强扫面呈明显均匀强化。结论:颅骨孤立性浆细胞瘤具有典型影像表现,掌握其影像学特征可以提高影像诊断符合率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the CT and MRI findings of solitary plasmacytoma of the skull and to improve the imaging diagnosis of the disease. Methods: Ct and MRI images of 21 cases of solitary plasmacytoma of skull proved by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, 12 cases were male, 9 cases were female, age 2668 years old. 17 cases underwent Mr scan and 13 cases CT scan. Results among 21 cases of solitary plasmacytoma of the skull, 17 cases were located in the skull base, 4 cases were located in the skull cap. Ct scan showed a slightly high density image, and the corresponding skull showed irregular bone destruction. MRI scan showed homogeneous signal intensity such as T1 and T2. The enhanced scanning surface was obviously enhanced uniformly. Conclusion: solitary plasmacytoma of the skull has typical imaging features.
