孕中晚期胎儿小脑形态发育的MRI研究

【摘要】:目的应用胎儿标本MR图像观察14~40周胎儿小脑结构发育情况。方法 87例无中枢神经系统疾病的胎儿,孕龄为14~40周,行3.0T磁共振扫描,根据所得横矢冠图像分析小脑各结构发育情况。结果 T2WI图像观察可见各结构出现时间不同:16周时可见齿状核,17周时被盖-小脑蚓角闭合,20周时原裂出现,22周时锥体前裂,第四脑室显示清晰,24周时次裂,后外侧裂出现。孕晚期,小脑体积增长迅速,前后叶比例由大变小。结论 3.0T磁共振图像可以较清晰地显示孕中后期胎儿小脑各结构的发育情况,以此为依据可为临床宫内胎儿小脑发育状况的诊断与评估提供解剖和影像学依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the development of cerebellar structure of the fetus at 14 ~ 40 weeks by using Mr images of fetal specimen. Methods Eighty-seven fetuses without central nervous system disease were examined with 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging at the gestational age of 14 ~ 40 weeks. The development of cerebellar structures was analyzed according to the obtained transverse sagittal coronal images. Results on T _ 2WI images, it was found that the dentate nucleus could be seen at 17 weeks after the closure of the tegmental-cerebellar vermis angle at different times of time on T _ 2WI images. The anterior pyramidal fissure appeared at 20 weeks after closure of the vermis angle of the cerebellum, the second fissure at 24 weeks and the posterolateral fissure on the fourth ventricle. In the third trimester of pregnancy, the cerebellar volume increased rapidly and the ratio of anterior and posterior lobes changed from large to small. Conclusion 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging can clearly display the development of fetal cerebellar structures in the middle and late pregnancy, which can provide anatomic and imaging basis for the diagnosis and evaluation of fetal cerebellar development in the clinic.
