甲状腺腺脂肪瘤的彩色多普勒超声征象及误诊分析

【摘要】：目的分析甲状腺腺脂肪瘤的超声征象,对误诊病例进行讨论以提高对该病的认识。方法收集7例我院经病理证实的腺脂肪瘤,分析其超声表现及误诊原因。结果 7例腺脂肪瘤均为单发结节,超声表现为椭圆形,A/T1,边界清楚,直径为1.0~2.5cm,无液化现象,其中5个结节为高回声,5个结节血流信号为Ⅱ~Ⅲ级,1个结节出现点状钙化。结论腺脂肪瘤的声像改变取决于脂肪组织与腺瘤组织的分布情况,超声征象无特异度,具备恶性征象时可行细针穿刺活检以明确诊断。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the ultrasonographic features of thyroid adenolipoma and discuss the misdiagnosis of thyroid adenolipoma. Methods 7 cases of adenolipoma confirmed by pathology in our hospital were collected and analyzed by ultrasonography and misdiagnosis. Results all the 7 cases of adenolipoma were single nodules. The ultrasonic findings were oval-shaped A / T _ 1 with a clear boundary of 1.0 ~ 2.5 cm and no liquefaction. Among them, 5 nodules were hyperechoic, 5 nodules had blood flow signals of grade 鈪，
