放射性核素标记多功能纳米系统在恶性肿瘤诊治中的应用

【摘要】:随着纳米技术和分子影像学的发展,多功能纳米载体系统响应了目前临床医学以及基础医学的需求。白蛋白纳米载体、脂质体纳米载体、磁性材料纳米载体以及碳纳米载体等是目前研究的较多的纳米载体。将放射性核素与多功能纳米载体相结合,利用纳米载体的粒径小、缓释性以及表面可修饰性等特点可将放射性核素本身的治疗效果发挥至最佳。不仅可以减少放射性核素的毒副作用,而且可以提高放射性核素的治疗效率和靶向浓度。以纳米技术为核心,将生物医学治疗和分子影像学相结合的诊断治疗一体化新模式将成为未来临床医学发展的新思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of nanotechnology and molecular imaging, multifunctional nano-carrier system has responded to the needs of clinical medicine and basic medicine. Albumin nano-carriers, liposome nano-carriers, magnetic nano-carriers and carbon nano-carriers are more and more researched nanomaterials. By combining radionuclides with multi-functional nano-carriers, the therapeutic effects of radionuclides themselves can be optimized by using the characteristics of small particle size, slow release and surface modification of nano-carriers. It can not only reduce the toxic side effects of radionuclides, but also improve the therapeutic efficiency and target concentration of radionuclides. The integration of biomedical therapy and molecular imaging will be a new approach to the development of clinical medicine in the future with nanotechnology as the core.
