与皮层相关脑转移瘤的分型及定义——应用3D MPRAGE双倍Gadobutrol剂量延迟增强扫描技术

【摘要】:目的:应用3D MPRAGE双倍Gadobutrol延迟增强扫描技术对与皮层相关脑转移瘤的分型及定义。方法 :回顾性分析经本院病理证实脑转移瘤患者25例,所有患者均行常规轴位T1WI、T2WI和FLAIR及3D MPRAGE序列延迟增强扫描。在3D MPRAGE增强扫描图像上对转移瘤进行分型及定义,分三型:Ⅰ型为转移瘤完全位于脑皮层内,瘤体直径小于皮层宽度。Ⅱ型转移瘤边缘紧邻脑皮层边缘。Ⅲ型为转移瘤横跨在脑皮髓交界区,侵入髓质内。结果:应用3D MPRAGE双倍剂量Gadobutrol延迟增强技术发现与皮层相关转移瘤121个,Ⅰ型病灶6个,Ⅱ型病灶10个,Ⅲ型病灶105个,Ⅲ型占总比例的95.7%,转移瘤直径与分型呈正相关rs=0.441,P0.05。结论:根据3D MPRAGE双倍Gadobutrol延迟增强扫描技术可以显示脑皮层与转移瘤的关系,与皮层有关的转移瘤分为三型。Ⅲ型明显多于Ⅰ和Ⅱ型。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the classification and definition of cortical related brain metastases by using 3D MPRAGE double-fold Gadobutrol delayed enhanced scan. Methods: Twenty-five patients with brain metastases confirmed by pathology in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.
