超声误诊腮腺区毛母质细胞瘤1例

【摘要】：正患儿男,17岁,主因"左耳前包块10月余"入院。查体:左侧耳屏前方可触及约2.0cm×1.0cm包块,质硬,表面光滑,活动度差,无压痛。超声:左侧腮腺区1.62cm×0.89cm低回声包块,外形欠规则,边界清,内见少许钙化;CDFI可见较丰富血流信号(图1A、1B);弹性成像分级为Ⅳ级(图1C)。周边未见明显肿大淋巴结。超声诊断:左侧腮腺区占位,腮腺混合瘤可能性大。肿瘤切除术中见该包块位于皮下,界限清楚,与腮腺无关联。病理诊断:毛母质细胞瘤。
[Abstract]:The 17-year-old male patient was admitted to hospital mainly because of the left anterior mass of the ear. Body examination: the front of the left ear tragus can reach about 2.0cm 脳 1.0cm mass, the quality is hard, the surface is smooth, the activity is poor, no tenderness.
