【摘要】：正患者,男,47岁。以右上腹部疼痛1周住院。患者无黄染、发热等症状,无腹水、食欲缺乏、消瘦、恶心、呕吐等表现。查体:上腹部剑突下可触及肿块,无明显压痛,边界尚清,固定,移动浊音阴性。既往无乙肝及肝硬化病史。检验肝肾功能、AFP及CEA等均无异常。行B超发现肝内实性占位,内有囊性变,CT平扫显示:肿块呈囊性低密度,中心可见不规则间隔,边缘部可见乳头状或结节状软组织密度影。增强扫
[Abstract]:The patient is 47 years old. He was hospitalized with pain in the right epigastrium for 1 week. The patient had no symptoms such as yellow stain, fever, ascites, lack of appetite, weight loss, nausea, vomiting and so on. Body examination: the upper abdomen under the sword process can touch the mass, no obvious tenderness, the boundary is clear, fixed, movement turbid negative. No history of hepatitis B and cirrhosis. The liver and kidney function of AFP and CEA were not abnormal.
