肌肉疲劳过程中超声图像熵特性

【摘要】:肌肉疲劳是指运动过程中肌肉的最大随意收缩力减小的一种现象,在我们日常生活中经常发生,特别是在体育运动中,运动员如果对肌肉疲劳处理不当,会影响后续的训练。肌肉组织也有运动极限,如果过度疲劳,会造成组织损伤。而体育竞技水平在不断提高,难免给体育运动者和教练们带来一定的压力,准确地评估肌肉疲劳,会使运动员在训练过程中避免一些肌肉或者肌腱损伤事件的发生,取得更好的成绩。 肌肉的超声图像可以实时检测和监测肌肉运动的变化过程。为了更精细地评估肌肉疲劳,我们利用超声图像的熵特征,表征肌肉超声图像纹理灰度分布的空间特征量,通过研究肌肉组织疲劳过程中其超声图像熵特征的演变规律,获得肌肉疲劳特性。使得这一研究可以定量的在更高一级的物理感念层面上进行。 本文主要开展了以下工作: (1)基于超声图像熵能够反映图像中像素位置的灰度分布信息和邻域内灰度分布综合特征的理论基础,再结合肌肉超声图像的纹理结构,从理论上分析肌肉组织的疲劳特性与超声图像熵的相关性。 (2)针对理论分析结果,设计一套肌肉组织的超声图像熵检测系统,可获得训练中肱二头肌的肌肉超声图像熵的变化特征。 (3)通过设计的超声图像熵检测系统,研究肱二头肌在疲劳过程中超声图像熵的特征,以及肌肉疲劳所需时间。通过研究10名受试者肱二头肌在不同力矩20%MVC、30%MVC、40%MVC、50%MVC)作用下肌肉疲劳特性,验证肌肉疲劳与超声图像熵的相关性。 理论及实验结果表明,肌肉组织的疲劳特性与超声图像熵具有一定的相关性。一方面是同一受试者在不同力矩作用下肌肉疲劳特征;另一方面是不同受试者在同一力矩作用下肌肉疲劳特征。肌肉强度与肌肉横截面积是正相关关系,肌纤维横截面积也正相关于肌肉强度,肌纤维横截面积增大则其排列整齐化,从图像熵角度来看,就是图像熵正相关减小。肌肉能量存在个体差异性,但是同一受试者肌肉能量消耗的速率正相关与力矩,所以给定力矩下受试者肌肉能量消耗速率就一定,疲劳所需时间与力矩相关。
[Abstract]:Muscle fatigue is a phenomenon in which the maximum and arbitrary contraction force of muscle decreases in the course of exercise. It often occurs in our daily life, especially in sports, if athletes deal with muscle fatigue improperly, it will affect the subsequent training. Muscle tissue also has exercise limits, if excessive fatigue, will cause tissue damage. However, since the level of sports competition is constantly improving, it will inevitably bring certain pressure to sportsmen and coaches, and accurately assess muscle fatigue, which will enable athletes to avoid the occurrence of some muscle or tendon injuries in the course of training. Get better results. Ultrasonic images of muscles can detect and monitor the changes of muscle motion in real time. In order to evaluate muscle fatigue more accurately, we use the entropy feature of ultrasonic image to characterize the spatial characteristic quantity of texture gray distribution in muscle ultrasonic image, and study the evolution rule of entropy feature of ultrasonic image in muscle tissue fatigue process. The fatigue characteristics of muscle were obtained. This allows the study to be quantitatively carried out at a higher level of physical sensibility. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) based on the theoretical basis that the entropy of ultrasonic image can reflect the gray distribution information of pixel position in the image and the comprehensive feature of gray distribution in the neighborhood, combined with the texture structure of the muscle ultrasonic image, The correlation between the fatigue characteristics of muscle tissue and the ultrasonic image entropy is analyzed theoretically. (2) aiming at the theoretical analysis results, a set of ultrasonic image entropy detection system for muscle tissue is designed. The characteristics of ultrasonic image entropy of biceps brachii muscle during training can be obtained. (3) the characteristics of ultrasonic image entropy of biceps brachii muscle during fatigue and the time required for muscle fatigue are studied by the designed ultrasonic image entropy detection system. The muscle fatigue characteristics of biceps brachii muscle under the action of MVC40 and MVC40 MVC were studied in 10 subjects, and the correlation between muscle fatigue and ultrasonic image entropy was verified by studying the fatigue characteristics of biceps brachii muscle under the action of different torque 20 and 20 MVC30 and MVC40 MVC40 MVC. The theoretical and experimental results show that there is a certain correlation between the fatigue characteristics of muscle tissue and the ultrasonic image entropy. On the one hand, muscle fatigue characteristics of the same subject under different torque, on the other hand, muscle fatigue characteristics of different subjects under the same torque. Muscle strength is positively correlated with muscle cross-sectional area, and muscle fiber cross-sectional area is also positively related to muscle strength. When muscle fiber cross-sectional area increases, it is arranged neatly. From the point of view of image entropy, the image entropy positive correlation decreases. There are individual differences in muscle energy, but the rate of muscle energy expenditure in the same subject is positively correlated with torque, so the rate of muscle energy expenditure is constant under given torque, and the time required for fatigue is related to torque.
