11～14孕周胎儿腭裂的声像图表现

【摘要】：目的探讨鼻后三角在11~14孕周超声诊断腭裂的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院检出的11~14孕周腭裂畸形8例,总结早孕期腭裂的声像图表现。结果早孕期诊断8例腭裂,均显示鼻后三角下方连线中断或缺失,其中4例为完全腭裂,3例左侧腭裂,1例右侧腭裂,产前诊断病例均经引产后证实。结论鼻后三角的观察有助于在早孕期提示胎儿腭裂畸形。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of posterior nasal triangulation in diagnosis of cleft palate by ultrasound at 11 ~ 14 gestational weeks. Methods 8 cases of cleft palate at 11 ~ 14 weeks of gestation were analyzed retrospectively, and the sonographic features of cleft palate in early pregnancy were summarized. Results 8 cases of cleft palate were diagnosed in early pregnancy, all of them showed interruption or absence of the line below the posterior triangle of nose. Among them, 4 cases were complete cleft palate, 3 cases were left cleft palate, 1 case was right cleft palate, and all cases were confirmed by induced labor. Conclusion the observation of posterior nasal triangulation is helpful to indicate fetal cleft palate malformation in early pregnancy.
