辅助生殖后输卵管间质部妊娠超声表现2例

【摘要】：正病例1孕妇,35岁。辅助生殖双胎妊娠14周,因腹痛来我院就诊。超声表现:宫腔内见一胎儿,双顶径29mm,腹径25mm,股骨径17 mm,肱骨径17mm,胎心率153次/min,超声测值胎儿符合孕14~15周。子宫右侧见一包块,内见一胎儿声像,羊膜囊与宫腔内羊膜囊不相邻,其内胎儿双顶径24mm,腹径23mm,股骨径13mm,肱骨径13mm,胎心率155次/min,超声测值胎儿符合孕13~14周。子宫直肠窝及肝肾间隙均见少量无回声区(图1)。手术证实:右侧输卵管间质部妊娠破裂。
[Abstract]:Case 1 pregnant women aged 35 years. Assistant reproductive twin pregnancy 14 weeks, due to abdominal pain to our hospital. Ultrasound findings: a fetus with a biparietal diameter of 29 mm, abdominal diameter of 25 mm, femoral diameter of 17 mm, humeral diameter of 17 mm, fetal heart rate of 153 times / min. On the right side of the uterus, a piece of mass was seen. The amniotic sac was not adjacent to the intrauterine amniotic sac. The fetal biparietal diameter, abdominal diameter, femoral diameter, humerus diameter and fetal heart rate were 24mm, 23mm, 13mm, 13mm, 155times / min, respectively. A small number of anechoic areas were found in the rectum and between the liver and kidney (Fig. 1). Surgical confirmation: right tubal interstitial pregnancy rupture.
