超声心动图对三房心及合并畸形的诊断价值

【摘要】：目的探讨三房心患者的超声心动图诊断特点,为临床诊治提供依据。方法应用超声心动图仪检测13例三房心患者,经多切面探查发现心房内异常隔膜回声,其中8例合并其他心内畸形。结果 13例均为左侧三房心,ⅡA型12例,ⅠA型1例,其中单纯三房心5例(38.46%),合并动脉导管未闭1例(7.69%),房间隔缺损2例(15.38%),合并二尖瓣狭窄及关闭不全3例(23.08%),同时合并动脉导管未闭和房间隔缺损1例(7.69%),合并房间隔缺损及二尖瓣狭窄1例(7.69%)。其中8例经手术证实。结论超声心动图对诊断三房心及其合并畸形具有重要临床价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of echocardiography in patients with three-atrium heart disease and to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
