血管回声追踪技术评价高尿酸血症患者颈总动脉弹性功能的应用价值

【摘要】：目的探讨血管回声追踪技术(Echo-Tracking, ET)检测高尿酸血症患者及高尿酸合并高脂血症患者早期颈总动脉弹性功能改变的临床应用价值。方法应用ET技术对60例正常对照组、60例单纯高尿酸血症患者(A组)、60例高尿酸合并高脂血症患者(B组)颈总动脉的僵硬度指数(β)、血管压力-应变弹性系数(Ep、顺应性(AC)、扩张指数(AI)及脉搏波传导速度(PWV β)进行检测,对各组间所得数据进行统计分析。结果①各组间常规超声测量结果比较：各组间IMT、SPV及RI差异均无统计学意义；②各组间颈总动脉弹性参数比较：与对照组比较,A组及B组患者β、Ep、PWV β、AI均明显增高(P0.05),而AC则明显减低(P0.05)；与A组比较,B组患者β、Ep、PWV β、AI均明显增高、AC则明显降低(P0.05)。结论ET技术能较早发现高尿酸血症及高尿酸合并高血脂患者颈总动脉弹性改变,为临床早期诊断与治疗动脉粥样硬化性病变提供重要依据。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of Echo-Trackingtechnique (et) in detecting the early changes of common carotid artery elasticity in patients with hyperuricemia and hyperuricemia combined with hyperlipidemia. Methods the common carotid artery stiffness index (尾), vascular pressure-strain elasticity coefficient (Epp, compliance) of 60 patients with hyperuricemia (group A) and 60 patients with hyperuricemia (group B) were studied by et technique. (AC), expansion index (AI) and pulse wave velocity (PWV 尾) were measured. The data obtained from each group were statistically analyzed. Results 1 comparison of the results of routine ultrasound measurement among groups: there was no significant difference in SPV and RI between each group; 2Comparison of the elastic parameters of common carotid artery: compared with the control group, the 尾 -Epp PWV 尾 -AI in group A and group B were significantly increased (P0.05), but AC was significantly decreased (P0.05), while in group B, 尾 -EpPWV 尾 -AI was significantly increased (P0.05), while that in group B was significantly lower than that in group A (P0.05). Conclusion et technique can detect early changes of carotid elasticity in patients with hyperuricemia and hyperuricemia combined with hyperlipidemia, which provides important basis for early diagnosis and treatment of atherosclerotic lesions.
