自动乳腺全容积扫查与增强磁共振成像诊断乳腺病灶对比研究
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the value of (ABVS) and MRI in the diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods 70 cases (77 lesions) of breast masses were collected and confirmed by operation and pathology. The characteristics of ABVS and MRI images were analyzed, the size of breast lesions and the effectiveness of diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions were compared, and the diagnostic efficacy of "convergence sign" on ABVS coronal plane for breast malignant masses was evaluated. Results of the 70 patients, In 37 cases of benign lesions (43 lesions), 33 cases of malignant lesions (34 lesions), 33 cases of malignant lesions [(18.0 卤8.9) mm] and MRI [(17.0 卤9.0) mm] were positively correlated with pathological values [(17.8 卤9.2) mm], but there was no significant difference between ABVS and MRI (P0.05), ABVS and MRI in the diagnosis of breast masses. The specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 91.18% (31 / 34) and 85.29% (29 / 34), 86.05% (37 / 43), 90.70% (39 / 43), 88.31% (68 / 77) and 88.31% (r / 6877), 83.78% (31 / 37) and 87.88% (2933) / 92.50% (37 / 40) and 88.64% (39 / 44), respectively. The positive rate of convergence sign was 32.47% (25 / 77), 6.98% (3 / 43) and 64.71% (22 / 34) of benign and malignant lesions, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 / 6.87 / P0.01). The positive and negative predictive values were 64.70% (22 / 34), 93.02% (40 / 43), 80.52% (62 / 77), 88.00% (22 / 25) and 76.92% (40 / 52), respectively. Conclusion both ABVS and MRI can effectively diagnose breast masses, but ABVS is more sensitive to the diagnosis of breast masses. The coronal "convergence sign" can effectively distinguish benign and malignant breast masses.
