实时心脏磁共振成像左心室功能分析研究

【摘要】:实时自由呼吸心脏成像是一种重复性好、采集时间短且不需要屏气的磁共振成像方法。然而实时心脏成像进行左心室功能分析时,通常需要依靠人眼找出舒张末期和收缩末期图像,这个过程非常费时费力。为了节省处理时间,本文提出一种半自动定位舒张末期和收缩末期图像的方法。该方法主要通过对呼吸运动信号进行拟合,在拟合信号呼吸末期利用互相关系数确定舒张末期和收缩末期图像。整个过程采集了10名健康志愿者实时心脏磁共振图像,并同标准屏气稳态自由进动序列采集数据进行左心室功能分析比较。实验结果表明,所提方法能够正确检测出舒张末期和收缩末期图像。未来,这个方法可望在临床上进行快速地左心室功能分析。
[Abstract]:Real-time free-breathing cardiac imaging is a kind of magnetic resonance imaging method with good repeatability, short acquisition time and no need to hold breath. However, the analysis of left ventricular function by real-time cardiac imaging usually depends on the human eye to identify the end-diastolic and end-systolic images, which is a time-consuming and laborious process. In order to save processing time, a semi-automatic method for locating end-diastolic and end-systolic images is proposed. In this method, the end diastolic and end systolic images are obtained by fitting the respiratory motion signals and determining the end diastolic and end systolic images by using the number of interrelation between the fitting signals and the end of respiration. Real time cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (Mr) images of 10 healthy volunteers were collected and compared with the data collected by standard breath-holding steady-state free precession sequence for left ventricular function analysis. The experimental results show that the proposed method can correctly detect end-diastolic and end-systolic images. In the future, this method is expected to rapidly analyze left ventricular function clinically.
