超声心动图诊断肝癌侵犯右心房1例

【摘要】：正患者男,54岁。活动后憋气伴下肢水肿一周。AFP1 210ng/ml,既往肝炎,肝硬化。心脏超声检查示:右房饱满,内探及中等回声团块,与室壁分界不清,大小约5.8cm×4.1cm(图1),下腔静脉入右房口处附着中等回声团块,与右房顶分界不清。超声诊断:右房占位,考虑恶性肿瘤直接侵犯或转移。
[Abstract]:The patient is 54 years old. One week after exercise with lower limb edema. AFP1 210 ng / ml, previous hepatitis, cirrhosis. Echocardiography showed that the right atrium was full, the medial echo mass was not distinct from the ventricular wall, the size was about 5.8cm 脳 4.1cm (Fig. 1), the inferior vena cava was attached to the right atrial orifice with a medium echo mass, and the boundary between the right atrium and the inferior vena cava was not clear. Ultrasound diagnosis: right atrium occupying, considering direct invasion or metastasis of malignant tumor.
