基于MRI图像的羊水体积的测量

【摘要】:目的探讨基于MRI图像,通过算法计算测量羊水量的可行性。方法利用MatLab图像处理技术,对胎儿磁共振图像进行分割,提取目标区域并计算目标区域的面积,乘以层厚得出一层的体积,再将每层体积相加计算得到羊水总体积。结果通过该算法最终计算得出羊水的体积为495.10ml。定性分析显示,图像羊水分割边缘与原图目标区域的边缘拟合较好。定量分析显示,手动金标准分割的体积为458.20ml,本研究算法与手动分割结果的误差率为8.06%。脂肪抑制序列图像分割效果定性评价亦显示羊水分割边缘与原图目标区域的边缘拟合较好;定量分析显示,金标准手动计算得到的羊水量为557.34ml,本研究算法计算得到的羊水量为604.50ml,与手动分割的误差率为8.46%。结论采用本研究算法测量羊水量切实可行。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility of amniotic fluid measurement based on MRI images. Methods Fetal magnetic resonance images were segmented using MatLab image processing technique. The area of the target area was extracted and the area of the target area was calculated. The volume of one layer was obtained by multiplying the thickness of the layer, and the total volume of amniotic fluid was calculated by adding the volume of each layer. Results the volume of amniotic fluid was 495.10 ml. Qualitative analysis shows that the edge of the image amniotic fluid segmentation fits well with the edge of the target area of the original image. The quantitative analysis shows that the volume of manual gold standard segmentation is 458.20ml, and the error rate between this algorithm and manual segmentation results is 8.06. The qualitative evaluation of the effect of fat suppression sequence image segmentation also showed that the edge of amniotic fluid segmentation fitted well with the edge of the target region of the original image, and the quantitative analysis showed that, The amount of amniotic fluid obtained by gold standard manual calculation is 557.34 ml, the amniotic fluid quantity calculated by this algorithm is 604.50 ml, and the error rate of manual segmentation is 8.46 ml. Conclusion the method is feasible to measure amniotic fluid.
