肝脏血管周上皮样细胞瘤MRI表现1例

【摘要】：正患者男,20岁,主因"发现右肝占位性病变1周"就诊。MR检查:肝右叶前下段可见约7.5cm×8.2cm类圆形肿块,T1WI呈等、低混杂信号(图1A),T2WI呈不均匀稍高信号(1B),增强扫描动脉期及门静脉期均呈不均匀明显强化(图1C、1D),病灶内可见血管分支影,延迟期强化与正常肝实质类似(图1E),门静脉系统未见充盈
[Abstract]:The patient was 20 years old. The main cause was "finding the right hepatic occupying lesion for 1 week". Mr examination showed that 7.5cm 脳 8.2cm type round masses were seen on T1WI and so on in the right lower lobe of the liver. Low mixed signal (Fig. 1A) showed uneven hyperintensity on T2WI (1B), uneven enhancement in arterial phase and portal vein phase (Fig. 1C1D), vascular branching shadow could be seen in the lesion, the enhancement of delayed phase was similar to that of normal hepatic parenchyma (Fig. 1E), and no filling was found in portal vein system.
