超声血流向量成像分析慢性心力衰竭左心室流体力学变化
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the reversal of left ventricular autocontractile ejection to diastolic filling in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Materials and methods 25 CHF patients were selected as CHF group and 28 healthy persons as control group. (FRI), correction of ejection-filling reversal interval (CFRI), ejection-flow reversal rate (FRR), left ventricular peak flow rate (FRPE), To compare the difference of left ventricular hydrodynamic parameters between the two groups. Results compared with the control group, left ventricular eddy current FRI prolonged [(71 卤13) ms vs (113 卤30) ms,P0.05], FRR decreased [(46.85 卤21.35) cm2/s vs (27.90 卤16.77) cm2/s,P0.05] in CHF patients. FRPE decreased [(74.54 卤9.10) cm2/s vs (41.12 卤17.25) cm2/s,P0.05]. There was a positive correlation between FRI,CFRI and Tei index (r = 0.812 卤0.849), FRI and (LVEF), short axis shortening rate of left ventricular ejection fraction (FS),). There was a negative correlation between (CO), and (CI) in (SV), cardiac output per stroke volume (r = -0.646 ~ (-0.515) P _ (0.05) P _ (0.01). There was a negative correlation between CFRI and LVEF,FS,SV,CO,CI (r = -0.685U -0.456N, P 0.05, P 0.01). There was a negative correlation between FRR and Tei index (r = 0.604, P 0.05), and a positive correlation between FRR and LVEF,FS,SV,CO,CI (r = 0.503n, 0.812, P 0.05, P 0.01). There was a negative correlation between FRPE and Tei index (r = -0.734, P 0.01), and a positive correlation between FRPE and LVEF,FS,SV,CO,CI (r = 0.557, P = 0.776, P 0.05, P 0.01). Conclusion Ultrasound flow vector imaging can directly display and quantitatively analyze the changes of left ventricular fluid dynamics in patients with CHF, and the reversal efficiency of left ventricular flow direction can be used as an index to judge the therapeutic effect of CHF.
