正中神经神经脂肪瘤病超声表现1例

【摘要】：正患者女,23岁,因"发现右腕掌侧、右手大鱼际肌处肿物5年,近2年来肿物增大,伴一过性手指麻木"就诊。查体:右腕关节桡、掌侧可触及3.0cm×1.0cm肿块,手掌大鱼际肌处可触及3.0cm×3.0cm肿块,两处肿块均为类圆形,质软,活动度可,按压肿块时患者手指有麻木感。右手对掌功能障碍,右腕关节活动正常。超声检查:右前臂、腕部及掌部正中神经明显增粗,最粗处位于大鱼际肌,病变范围约
[Abstract]:The female patient, 23 years old, was treated for "5 years of right wrist palmar and right hypothenar muscle mass, and temporary numb of finger in the last 2 years." Body examination: right wrist joint radial, palmar side can touch 3.0cm 脳 1.0cm mass, palmar thenar muscle place can touch 3.0cm 脳 3.0cm mass, both masses are round, soft and movable, the patient's finger is numb when pressing the mass. Right hand to palmar dysfunction, right carpal joint activity is normal. Ultrasound examination: the right forearm, wrist and metacarpal nerve were thickened obviously, the thickest part was located in the thenar muscle, and the lesion was about the same as that of the right forearm, wrist and metacarpal nerve.
