声速匹配技术在桥本氏甲状腺炎中的应用价值

【摘要】:目的通过桥本氏甲状腺炎患者与健康人甲状腺的声速值(SV)的对比,探讨声速匹配(SSC)技术在桥本氏甲状腺炎中的临床应用价值及其影响因素。方法在彩色多普勒及实验室甲状腺功能的基础上,应用声速匹配技术分别测量已确诊为桥本氏甲状腺炎的患者与正常人甲状腺声速匹配值(ZSI),进而得到SV(1 540±ZSI)m/s并进行对比分析;根据病理进程的不同,将桥本氏甲状腺炎分为甲亢、甲低、甲功正常3个亚组,分别测量3组患者的声速匹配值ZSI并进行分析。结果桥本氏甲状腺炎患者SV低于健康人对照组;桥本氏甲状腺炎3个亚组SV均低于健康对照组,SV由高到低依次为健康对照组、甲低、甲功正常、甲亢,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论声速匹配技术对诊断桥本氏甲状腺炎及其甲亢、甲低、甲功正常的分型有一定的临床价值。
[Abstract]:Objective To compare the value of sound velocity matching (SSC) in the clinical application of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and its influencing factors through the comparison of the speed of sound (SV) of the thyroid in the patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Methods The sound velocity matching value (ZSI) of the patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and the normal person's thyroid sound velocity (ZSI) were measured on the basis of color Doppler and laboratory thyroid function, and then SV (1,540-ZSI) m/ s was obtained and compared. According to the pathological process, Hashimoto's thyroiditis was divided into three subgroups: hyperthyroid, hypothyroidism, and normal, and the sound velocity matching value ZSI was measured and analyzed. Results SV of Hashimoto's thyroiditis was lower than that of healthy controls. The SV of 3 subgroups of Hashimoto's thyroiditis was lower than that of the healthy control group. The SV was from high to low in the healthy control group. Conclusion The sound velocity matching technique has certain clinical value for the diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and its hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and normal thyroid function.
