磁共振血管造影测量脑动脉分叉角度对颅内动脉瘤筛查及测评的临床应用价值

【摘要】:目的分析动脉分叉角度与脑动脉分叉部动脉瘤的关系,以期为分叉部动脉瘤的检出及测评提供重要参考价值。方法选取2000—2013年河北医科大学第二医院行磁共振血管造影(MRA)检查分叉处有动脉瘤,并行数字减影血管造影术(DSA)检查患者84例(动脉瘤组),同时选取在本院行MRA检查发现有动脉病变但无其他疾病者195例(对照组)。采用超导磁共振成像系统行3D TOF-MRA扫描,采用Volume Rendering软件行3D角度的测量,分别测量基底动脉顶端(PCA)、双侧大脑中动脉M1远端(MCA)、双侧大脑前动脉A2段起始部(ACA)夹角。结果动脉瘤组PCA、右侧MCA、左侧MCA、ACA夹角均高于对照组(P0.05)。结论脑动脉分叉部动脉瘤的分叉角度明显高于无动脉瘤的分叉角度,动脉分叉角度对分叉部动脉瘤的检出及预测具有重要参考价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between the bifurcation angle and the bifurcation aneurysm of cerebral artery in order to provide an important reference value for the detection and evaluation of the bifurcation aneurysm. Methods from 2000 to 2013, 84 patients (aneurysm group) were examined by magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the second Hospital of Hebei Medical University. At the same time, 195 cases (control group) with arterial lesions but no other diseases were found by MRA in our hospital. 3D TOF-MRA scanning was performed by superconducting magnetic resonance imaging system, and 3D angle was measured by Volume Rendering software. (MCA), of M1 distal to bilateral middle cerebral artery was measured at the top of basilar artery, respectively. The angle of (ACA) at the beginning of A 2 segment of bilateral anterior cerebral artery. Results the angle of MCA,ACA in right MCA, of aneurysm group was higher than that in control group (P0.05). Conclusion the bifurcation angle of cerebral artery bifurcation aneurysm is obviously higher than that of no aneurysm. The bifurcation angle has important reference value for the detection and prediction of bifurcation aneurysm.
