孕中期胎儿第四脑室正常值的产前超声诊断

【摘要】：目的通过标准化的产前超声测量孕中期胎儿第四脑室,测定孕中期胎儿第四脑室正常值。资料与方法常规超声检查516例孕龄为18~27周+6的单胎妊娠孕妇。在标准的第四脑室平面上测量胎儿第四脑室横径、前后径、周长及面积。结果胎儿第四脑室切面于孕中期18~27周+6显示率可达100%。不同性别胎儿第四脑室各测值差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。各测值包括第四脑室横径、前后径、周长与面积均随孕周的增加而增加,呈正相关(r=0.374、0.378、0.387、0.379,P0.05)。结论通过标准化的第四脑室切面测量,得到第四脑室正常值,可作为临床判断胎儿第四脑室大小的参考值。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the normal value of the fourth ventricle in the second trimester by standardized prenatal ultrasound. Materials and methods routine ultrasound examination was performed in 516 pregnant women with single pregnancy at the gestational age of 18 to 27 weeks. The transverse diameter, anteroposterior diameter, circumference and area of fetal fourth ventricle were measured on the standard fourth ventricle plane. Results the display rate of fetal fourth ventricle section was 100 at 18 ~ 27 weeks after gestation. There was no significant difference in the values of the fourth ventricle between different genders (P0.05). The measured values, including the transverse diameter, anteroposterior diameter, circumference and area of the fourth ventricle, increased with the increase of gestational week, and were positively correlated with each other (r = 0.374 ~ (0.378) ~ (0.387). Conclusion the normal value of the fourth ventricle can be obtained by the standardized measurement of the fourth ventricle, which can be used as the reference value for the clinical judgment of the size of the fourth ventricle of the fetus.
