透明细胞型脑膜瘤MRI表现

【摘要】:目的:探讨透明细胞型脑膜瘤的常规磁共振表现特点。方法:回顾性分析2007年1月至2013年12月病理证实的16例透明细胞型脑膜瘤的常规磁共振图像,并复习相关文献。采用1.5T或3.0T MRI检查,包括T1WI、T2WI和增强后T1WI扫描。结果:经手术和病理证实的透明细胞型脑膜瘤共16例(男、女各8例;年龄8~65岁,平均年龄39岁),肿瘤最大径2~10cm(平均5.8cm),桥小脑角区最多见,共8例。小肿瘤(最大径4cm,9例)信号均匀,T1WI呈等信号,T2WI呈稍低信号;大肿瘤(最大径≥4cm,7例)信号混杂,有囊变(6例)和出血(1例),T1WI实性部分呈等或稍低信号,T2W呈稍低信号。增强扫描肿瘤实质明显强化,可见脑膜尾征。结论:透明细胞型脑膜瘤是脑膜瘤的一种罕见类型,好发于桥小脑角区,MRI表现具有一定特点,但确诊仍需依靠病理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics of conventional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of transparent cell meningioma. Methods: the conventional MRI images of 16 cases of transparent cell meningioma confirmed by pathology from January 2007 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and the related literatures were reviewed. 1.5T or 3.0T MRI was performed, including T _ 1 WI T _ 2WI and enhanced T1WI scan. Results: there were 16 cases of transparent cell meningioma confirmed by operation and pathology (male, female, 8 cases; age 865 years, mean age 39 years). The maximum diameter of the tumor was 2~10cm (mean 5.8cm), and the most common case was cerebellopontine angle area (8 cases). The signal intensity of small tumor (9 cases with the maximum diameter of 4 cm) was homogeneous, the signal intensity of T1WI was isointense and the signal intensity of T2WI was slightly low.
