超声诊断胎儿膝关节反曲1例

【摘要】：正孕妇,24岁,无业人员。既往月经规律,此次妊娠为体外受精-胚胎移植(双胎),整个孕期常规产检,妊娠17周常规超声检查发现双胎之一双侧下肢姿势异常,膝关节最凸点与足跟位于同侧,反复多次观察未见明显改变,超声提示:膝关节反曲?(图1)。孕妇妊娠36~(+1)周,G_2P_0L_0臀位/臀位,收入我院行剖宫产。
[Abstract]:Pregnant woman, 24 years old, unemployed. In the past menstruation, the pregnancy was in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (twins). During the whole pregnancy, routine birth examination, 17 weeks of pregnancy routine ultrasound examination found that one of the twins had abnormal posture of the lower extremities, and the most convex spot of the knee joint and heel were located on the same side. Repeated observation did not see obvious changes, ultrasound hint: knee reflexion? (figure 1) Pregnant women 36 ~ (1) weeks gestation, G_2P_0L_0 breech / hip position, admitted to our hospital for cesarean section.
