磁共振灌注加权成像在胰腺癌中的应用研究进展

【摘要】：胰腺癌发病隐匿,进展迅速,死亡率高,预后差,其临床诊断及疗效评估主要依靠影像学检查。传统影像学因为只能提供形态学变化信息,因此大多只能诊断中晚期肿瘤;目前腹部功能磁共振技术应用发展很快,从细胞分子水平上提供胰腺癌诊断或者患者预后信息已成为可能,从而可以早期诊断和制定个性化治疗方案,尽可能降低胰腺癌病人的死亡率。本文对灌注加权成像在胰腺癌诊断分级疗效评估等的应用作一综述。
[Abstract]:Pancreatic cancer is characterized by occult, rapid progress, high mortality and poor prognosis. Its clinical diagnosis and evaluation of curative effect mainly depend on imaging examination. Traditional imaging can only provide morphological information, so most of them can only diagnose advanced tumors. With the rapid development of abdominal functional magnetic resonance (fMRI) technology, it is possible to provide diagnostic or prognostic information on pancreatic cancer at the cellular and molecular level, so that early diagnosis and individualized treatment can be made. Reduce the death rate of pancreatic cancer patients as much as possible. The diagnosis of pancreatic cancer by perfusion weighted imaging? Grading? The application of evaluation of curative effect is reviewed.
