【摘要】：正患者女,47岁。停经40d,尿HCG(+)。超声所见:子宫左后壁见实质不均质性低回声包块(79mm×61 mm),宫腔内见孕囊样回声(6 mm×4mm)。宫颈低回声包块(135mm×80 mm)与膀胱后壁界限不清,未突破膀胱黏膜层(图1)。左侧附件区见实质不均质性低回声包块(122 mm×93mm)。CDFI:各肿块内部见丰富血流信号。超声提

The low echo mass of cervix (135mm 脳 80 mm) was not clear to the posterior wall of bladder and did not break through the mucosal layer of bladder (Fig. 1).
