头部位移对纵向研究波谱结果可重复性的影响
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different displacement forms on repeatability of MRS results after correction. Methods Twenty subjects were scanned with MRS at the time of no displacement, translational displacement and rotational displacement. The VOI position was automatically obtained by SPM software before the displacement state scan, and the translational displacement was measured and compared. The content of N-acetylaspartate (NAA), creatine (Cr), creatine (PCr) and choline complex (Cho) and NAA/ (Cr PCr) and Cho/ (Cr PCr); in VOI after translational and rotational displacement correction The difference coefficient (CV) and repeatability index (RI). When calculating the displacement comparison of the above parameters and no displacement Results there was no significant difference between the parameters of the translational displacement and the non-displacement after correction (P 0.05). After the correction of the translational and rotational displacement, NAA,Cho,NAA/Cr PCr, was obtained except for Cr. There was significant difference between Cho/Cr PCr and no displacement (P0.01). The NAA,Cho,Cr content and the average CV of NAA/ (Cr PCr), Cho/ (Cr PCr) were 12, and repeatability was acceptable, compared with those without displacement after the correction of the translational displacement and the dynamic-rotational displacement. With the exception of Cr, the RI values were 20 and the repeatability was acceptable. Conclusion the head displacement can be corrected accurately in MRS, and the results are reproducible.
