【摘要】：正患者女,45岁。2年前发现甲状腺右侧叶结节,期间癌胚抗原(CEA)持续升高,未做特殊处理,16年前行右侧颈部包块切除术(包块性质不清)。2016年3月24日来我院行甲状腺彩超:右侧叶浅面、外侧及深面可见低回声肿块包饶,大小约61 mm×22mm×12mm,边界不清,形态不规则,与右侧叶交界处呈"锯齿状"改变,内部回声不均匀,内部及周
[Abstract]:The right lobe nodule of thyroid gland was found 2 years ago, during which carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) was continuously elevated and no special treatment was done. 16 years ago, the right neck mass resection was performed (the nature of the mass was unclear). Thyroid color Doppler ultrasonography was performed in our hospital on March 24, 2016. Hypoechoic masses were seen on the superficial, lateral and deep sides of the right lobe.
