ADC值和SUVmax值与乳腺浸润性导管癌预后因素关系研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)的预后因素以及PET/CT-SUVmax和DWI-ADC值的关系。方法:搜集经病理证实的36例IDC患者的病例资料,所有患者均行术前MR-DWI、FDG-PET/CT检查及病灶病理检查。病理组织学分析包括肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、雌激素受体(ER)、孕酮受体(PR)、人上皮生长因子受体(HER2)、Ki-67和人表皮生长因子受体表达水平。分析ADC值、SUVmax与上述预后因素的关系。结果:ADC值在淋巴结转移阳性、ER(+)和HER-2(-)表达的病灶均较高(P0.01)。肿瘤体积大、淋巴结转移阳性、高级别肿瘤、ER(-)、PR(-)、EGFR(+)和Ki-67高表达者,SUVmax值均较大(P0.01)。肿瘤ADC值与SUVmax无相关性(P=0.187)。结论:ADC值和SUVmax均具有助于IDC预后的预测。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prognostic factors of breast invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) and the relationship between PET/CT-SUVmax and DWI-ADC. Methods: the data of 36 patients with IDC confirmed by pathology were collected. All the patients were examined by MR-DWI,FDG-PET/CT before operation and pathological examination of the lesion. Histopathological analysis included tumor size lymph node metastasis estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), human epithelial growth factor receptor (HER2) Ki-67 and human epidermal growth factor receptor expression. The relationship between ADC, SUVmax and the above prognostic factors was analyzed. Results: the expression of, ER () and HER-2 (-) was higher in lymph node metastasis positive lesions (P0.01). The SUVmax value was higher in the patients with large tumor size, positive lymph node metastasis and high expression of, ER (-), PR (-), EGFR () and Ki-67 (P0.01). There was no correlation between ADC and SUVmax (P < 0. 187). Conclusion: both ADC and SUVmax are helpful to predict the prognosis of IDC.
